Ok.. Not sure what it means, but alright. This cartoon popped up briefly on my iphone during the 2.1 iphone update.
After some looking around on the web, I think it says “hello”. I have a few friends who speak Russian, I’ll hav this double checked …… still loading 2.1 however ….

I did. Did it twice in fact. You are getting stuck at this graphic? You may want to perform a factory restore and then start over.
